We are committed to advanced, elegant design that not only enhances appearance but also simplifies installation, transport and maintenance. Each connector is internally reinforced to prevent breakage, ensuring reliable and stable connections at all times.
We also apply rigorous quality controls to every unit. We do not rely on unsupervised mass production: each repair is inspected manually and subjected to mechanical stress, continuity and compatibility testing before leaving our workshop.
The Details That Define FTL’s Professional Quality

When a fibre-optic cable arrives at our workshop for repair, the first step is to assess its overall cosmetic and structural condition. In most cases, we find bent, marked or visibly heavily used cables, with worn connectors, cracks in the protective jackets, peeling labels, adhesive residue or dirt accumulated through frequent deployment in demanding environments.

After
We clean, straighten and relabel the fibre, restoring it to like-new condition. We guarantee full functionality and an impeccable finish, with new connectors, precise workmanship and reinforced protection.
Because to us, quality should look as good as it performs.
General Appearance

Before
We frequently receive failed connections caused by one clear issue: the use of very low-quality connectors. Many of these components are not designed to withstand the real demands of technical event work, resulting in breakages, intermittent connections, bent pins or components that come loose under the slightest pull.
After
Connections

Before
Another common problem is poor fibre-channel separation without adequate protection, often secured with adhesive tape or incorrectly positioned cable ties that place unwanted strain on the individual fibres.
We use extremely robust metal fanouts with structural mechanical reinforcement, clean channel distribution and a design adapted for intensive use, combined with a clear, functional appearance.
After
Fanout

Before
At fibre-channel separation points, it is common to find individual fibres left completely exposed or covered only by a thin plastic layer that may appear adequate. In these cases, improper handling or an accidental pull can be enough to cause irreversible damage to the fibre.
Each fibre channel is individually protected and internally reinforced with a helically wound steel tube and a military-grade outer jacket, ensuring effective isolation and resistance to intensive use. This individual protection not only extends the service life of the assembly, but also makes handling and connection significantly easier.

Fibre Channel Protection

The final stage of the process involves protecting the connectors with reinforced aluminium sleeves, designed to provide precise securing, superior resistance and exceptional robustness. This reinforcement not only ensures connector durability, but also delivers a strong, professional appearance that stands out in any technical environment.
We also cover the final section of the cable with braided nylon sleeving—a flexible yet extremely durable solution that resists friction, abrasion and the demanding conditions of live production environments. It keeps the cable assembly organised, simplifies coiling by preventing snagging on surfaces and enhances its overall appearance.
As a result, every FTL repair is not only functionally flawless, but visually impeccable.
